本題に入る前に、まずは標記の疑問文を文法的に見てみることにします。
連鎖疑問詞節の形になっています。
Which Beatles album is the best?という疑問文にdo you thinkもくっつけて連鎖疑問詞節にするとWhich Beatles album do you think is the best?となります。なぜWhich Beatles album do you think the best is?の語順にならないかというと、元の文Which Beatles album is the best?ではWhich Beatles album が主語になっているのでそのままの語順になり、Which Beatles album do you think is the best?となります。
連鎖疑問詞節の文にして語順が変わる(V+SからS+Vになる)場合は、元の平叙文において主語ではないものを尋ねている場合です。例えばWho do you think that man is?という文で、なぜWho do you think is that man?とはならないかというと、この文はWho is that man?とdo you thinkを一緒にしているからです。Who is that man?においてWhoは主語ではなく主格補語なので、それを尋ねているので平叙文の語順（S+V）になります。Who do you think that man is?です。元の文がThat man is ○○○で、その○○○を尋ねる疑問文だからです。

その前に私なりの予想をしてみたいと思います。一般的には最高傑作はSgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Bandと言われているようですが、それと好みは別だと思うのです。私はアルバムSgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Bandを聴く頻度はさほど高くないです。むしろAbbey Road, Rubber Soul, Magical Mystery Tourや青盤が多いです。私はRevolverやHelp!も少ないです。
予想としては、Abbey RoadとかRubber SoulとかWhite Albumが多いのではないかと思います。それから、at the momentという断わりがある場合も予想されます。昔と今で好みが違っているという意味です。
以下に返信の上の方から出てきたアルバム名をコピペしていきます(スペルミスなども訂正せずにそのままコピペします)。
まずはこういうのがありました。私はてっきり英国公式オリジナルアルバムからの選択かなと思っていましたが、そうとも限らない場合です。

It's really hard for me to pick a single album because they are all so good. My choice for best album changes with my mindset. For having the biggest impact on rock n roll and rock n roll albums, I would say Sgt. Pepper and Rubber Soul. It is difficult for me to decide.
